A Charter multifamily specialist will schedule a consultation with a representative from your community. They will gather floor plans, pictures, and all necessary information about your space.
Proposal
All the information from the consultation is compiled and assigned to one of our in-house ModelEasy designers. They will begin the proposal for your space.
Approval
A complete proposal is sent to your office. We require a signature approval and a 50% deposit to green light your new ModelEasy package.
Order Preparation
Your ModelEasy team reserves the inventory to fulfill the order. Any custom selections are ordered. Your ModelEasy is packaged and palletized.
*Custom selections can add additional lead-times to the timeline
Final Review
The order is internally reviewed. Custom selections are packaged with the rest of the merchandise. The ModelEasy is scheduled for delivery.
Delivery
ModelEasy's are shipped to most cities using a white glove delivery service. The delivery team will enter the space, unpack and place the furniture in the predetermined location provided by the ModelEasy designer. Every ModelEasy includes a toolkit with all necessary items to completely finish the space as well as a detailed placement guide to place all art and accessories in the correct position. It’s Easy!
